📅 Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation? +
You can book directly through our website using the "Book Now" button, call our reservations team at +1 (555) 123-4567, or email us at reservations@townlinkresort.com. We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance for peak season (December-April).
What is your cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night's stay. Special packages and promotional rates may have different cancellation terms - please check your booking confirmation for specific details.
Do you offer early check-in or late checkout? +
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and wire transfers. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. We also accept payment in USD, EUR, and GBP.
Is a deposit required when booking? +
Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Some promotional rates may require full prepayment.

What room types are available? +
We offer Deluxe Ocean View Rooms, Beachfront Suites, Ocean View Villas with private pools, and our exclusive Presidential Villa. All accommodations feature ocean views, premium bedding, luxury bathrooms, and modern amenities.
Are all rooms oceanfront? +
Yes! Every room and suite at TownLink Resort offers stunning ocean views. Some accommodations have direct beach access, while others overlook the ocean from elevated positions with panoramic vistas.
What amenities are included in the rooms? +
All rooms include complimentary WiFi, 55" smart TV, mini-bar, coffee maker, safe, plush bathrobes and slippers, premium toiletries, daily housekeeping, 24-hour room service, and a private balcony or terrace. Suites and villas include additional features like separate living areas and butler service.
Can I request connecting rooms for families? +
Absolutely! We have connecting rooms available for families. Please make this request at the time of booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our Ocean View Villas are also perfect for families, offering ample space and privacy.

🌟 Amenities & Services

Is WiFi available and free? +
Yes! High-speed WiFi is complimentary throughout the resort, including all rooms, public areas, beach, and pool areas. We also offer a premium high-speed option for business travelers.
Do you have a fitness center and spa? +
Our 24-hour fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, and ocean views. Serenity Spa offers a full range of treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and wellness therapies. Daily yoga and meditation classes are also available.
Is parking available? +
Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests. Valet parking is also offered for $25 per day. We also provide electric vehicle charging stations free of charge.
Do you offer airport transportation? +
Yes, we offer luxury airport shuttle service for $75 per vehicle (one-way) or $130 round-trip. Private car service is also available upon request. The resort is 25 minutes from the international airport.

🍽️ Dining

How many restaurants are on-site? +
We have 5 dining venues: The Cove (fine dining), Beach Grill (casual), Azure Rooftop Bar & Lounge, Spice Garden (Asian fusion), and Pool Bar & Grill. 24-hour room service is also available.
Do I need reservations for restaurants? +
Reservations are highly recommended for The Cove and Spice Garden, especially during peak season and weekends. Beach Grill, Pool Bar, and Azure Rooftop Bar operate on a first-come, first-served basis, though we can accommodate reservations for large groups.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Absolutely! Our culinary team can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions at the time of booking or when making restaurant reservations.
Is breakfast included? +
Breakfast is included with certain packages and special offers. Otherwise, we offer an extensive à la carte breakfast menu and a lavish buffet at The Cove ($35 per person). Suite guests receive complimentary continental breakfast.

🏖️ Activities & Beach

Is the beach private? +
Yes, our 500-meter private beach is exclusively for resort guests. We provide complimentary beach loungers, umbrellas, towels, and full beach service. Beach cabanas are available for rent.
What water sports are available? +
Free activities include snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and beach volleyball. Paid activities include scuba diving (PADI certification courses available), jet skiing, parasailing, surfing lessons, deep-sea fishing, and sunset sailing cruises.
Are there activities for children? +
Our supervised Kids Club (ages 4-12) offers daily activities, games, crafts, and beach fun from 9 AM to 5 PM. The kids' pool features water slides and splash zones. Babysitting services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Do you organize excursions and tours? +
Yes! Our concierge can arrange island tours, cultural experiences, nature excursions, shopping trips, golf outings, and more. Popular options include dolphin watching, rainforest hikes, and visits to local markets and historical sites.

📋 Policies

Are pets allowed? +
We welcome small pets (under 25 lbs) in designated pet-friendly rooms with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. Please notify us at the time of booking. Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge.
Is smoking allowed? +
TownLink Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
What is the resort fee? +
Our daily resort fee of $45 (plus tax) includes WiFi, fitness center access, beach amenities, daily yoga classes, local phone calls, bottled water, and use of non-motorized water sports equipment.
Do you host weddings and events? +
Yes! We specialize in destination weddings, corporate retreats, and special celebrations. Our dedicated events team can customize packages for intimate gatherings to grand celebrations up to 300 guests. Contact our events department at events@townlinkresort.com for more information.
